This is popular with walkers, cyclist and the like and to the east you can walk to the famous Duthie Park in Aberdeen. To the west the railway line continues for several miles beyond the city limits. Further leisure and recreational venues are close by and the North Deeside Road is considered the gateway to Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park.
