Harbour Law

For more than a century we’ve been advising clients on the niceties of harbour law.

With our extensive experience, we can provide you with proactive, expert advice when you need it. We routinely advise our clients on all aspects of harbour law and administration, including duties and liabilities, parliamentary and public inquiries, operating agreements with harbour users, by-laws and new developments.

As we are in business ourselves, we appreciate the need for commercially-minded advice, and that is what we provide our clients with. We know that there are many factors that influence your decisions and we recognise that in the advice we provide.

Long-standing clients include Aberdeen Harbour Board and Peterhead Port Authority.

How can we help you?

Residential Property Quarterly Reflections and Insights
