Like all solicitors, we are regulated by the Law Society for Scotland and follow their guidance on price transparency. We believe that it is only right that our clients have as much information as possible from the outset to enable them to make informed decisions.
Any estimate provided will be prepared on the basis of the information available at that time and on the presumption of a standard transaction involving a normal amount of legal input. In the event of any complications arising the proposed fee may require to be reviewed or revised.
Outlays are payments to third parties and are subject to variation. It may be that additional outlays which are not shown in the initial estimate, and which have not been anticipated at an early stage, are necessary. These will be advised separately and will appear in your final account.
Additional services and packages such as accompanied viewings, press advertising etc, will be discussed and agreed with you separately.
