Fisheries Prosecutions & Marine Criminal Law

At Mackinnons, our focus is on delivering pragmatic, commercial solutions to our clients’ problems.

Recognising that court action is not always the most appropriate way in which to resolve a dispute, we are happy to advise our clients on the alternative dispute resolution methods available to them, and to tailor a solution to their specific needs. We have represented our clients in both international and domestic arbitrations and mediations, and our team includes a trained mediator.

Where court action cannot be avoided, our litigation team are able to represent you in courts throughout the Scotland, and have experience of representing clients in forums worldwide. Our experience in Shipping and Fishing litigation is unrivalled in Scotland.

Residential Property Quarterly Reflections and Insights
