Caroline is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department and has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals of properties and businesses, leasing for landlord and tenant, security transactions, development work, renewables transactions, etc.
She has acted for a broad range of clients including individuals, partnerships, companies, banks, educational establishments and public sector organisations in matters involving all types of commercial premises, including industrial, office, retail, leisure, rural, etc.
Caroline also has considerable experience advising harbour authorities on matters of harbour law, commercial contracts, and property matters.
