Martin is a Partner within Mackinnons' Court Department. He has a broad range of experience in all areas of court work including criminal and family law. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1992, joining Mackinnons in 2009 having been a partner in two prominent Aberdeen firms before that.
He is a Solicitor-Advocate with right of audience within Scotland’s Supreme Courts. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law and is a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Martin is the immediate Past President of the Society of Advocates in Aberdeen.
Once again our intrepid cycling trio will be taking on Ride The North! This year on Saturday 24th August, our partners Neil Torrance, Pam Bursill and Gregor Sim will be venturing slightly further South, this time tackling the “Tour of Angus,” with Neil bravely taking on the 100 mile route. Pam and Gregor will be cycling the no less challenging distance of 70 miles.
