Martin has a broad range of experience in all areas of court work including criminal and family law.  He qualified as a Solicitor in 1992, joining Mackinnons in 2009 having been a partner in two prominent Aberdeen firms before that. He is a Solicitor-Advocate with right of audience within Scotland’s  Supreme Courts.  He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law and is a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
