Amendments to Registration of Company Charges

Part 25 of the Companies Act 2006 which relates to the registration of charges both in England and Wales and in Scotland may be set for change.  Separate draft Regulations have been produced for Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships with the main objective being to harmonise the registration regime north and south of the border.  The draft Regulations will be laid before Parliament this autumn and can be found here.

This year on Saturday 24th August, our partners Neil Torrance, Pam Bursill and Gregor Sim will be venturing slightly further South, this time tackling the “Tour of Angus,” with Neil bravely taking on the 100 mile route. Pam and Gregor will be cycling the no less challenging distance of 70 miles.
