Braemar – Approx 9.8 miles

Braemar is a thriving village known for its world famous Gathering every September. Directions

From Aberdeen travel west on the A93, signposted for Banchory, Ballater and Braemar. Continue through Banchory and onwards to and through Ballater. Proceed west on the A93 for a short distance towards Crathie. Pass the Balmoral car park on the left and take the first right turn, signposted Tomintoul (B976). Continue along the B976 and the plot is located on the left-hand side, clearly indicated by a Mackinnons For Sale board
