Any estimate provided will be prepared on the basis of the information available at that time and on the presumption of a standard transaction involving a normal amount of legal input. In the event of any complications arising, the estimate may need to be revised.

Outlays are payments to third parties and are subject to variation. It may be that additional outlays not initially shown later become necessary. If so, these will be advised separately and will appear in your final account.
