Buying or selling your home may be one of the biggest transactions you ever make, but we help to ensure that the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients. From explaining market conditions to expertly handling your transaction, our dedicated and knowledgeable team are on hand to ensure that your interests are protected as you buy, sell, lease, build or invest in Scotland.

 How can we help you?

Sales

When it comes to selling your property, our experienced team based across our network of offices will guide you through what can often be an emotional and sometimes confusing process. Following a free market appraisal, your adviser will discuss how best to achieve a sale in what can often be a challenging and competitive market. Collaborating on a high quality digital marketing campaign tailored to your needs, our team is constantly on hand to ensure the best possible outcome.

Buying

Whether you are buying your first or fifteenth property, upsizing or downsizing, buying a new build or an investment property, our dedicated team is on hand to assist you with property purchases across Scotland. Providing tailored advice, our solicitors simplify the legal jargon while explaining the impact of issues such as Land Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and Additional Dwelling Supplement (ADS).

Leasing and management

Our dedicated leasing team offers a personal service with a hands on approach. Good communication lies at the core of our collaborative relationships with both our landlords and tenants, so our landlords can be confident their property is in safe hands.

With an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges created by ever changing regulations in the private leasing sector, our team offers a range of bespoke services tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Price transparency

We are regulated by the Law Society of Scotland and follow their guidance on price transparency. It is vital that our clients have as much information as possible to enable them to make a fully informed decision. Any estimate provided will be prepared on the basis of the information available at that time and on the presumption of a standard transaction involving a normal amount of legal input. In the event of any complications arising, the estimate may need to be revised.

Outlays are payments to third parties and are subject to variation. It may be that additional outlays not initially shown later become necessary. If so, these will be advised separately and will appear in your final account. Additional services such as accompanied viewings and press advertising will be discussed and agreed with you separately.

Any Sale, Purchase or Full Management estimate should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Business and Letter of Engagement which will be issued following instruction.
