Directions
Travelling from Aberdeen, take the B9119 Aberdeen to Tarland road passing through Garlogie, Echt and past the Treehouse at Midmar. At the crossroads, turn left onto the B993 signposted Torphins. Continue down towards the village of Torphins, turning right at the old smiddy where the signpost reads “Learney”.
Alternatively, if taking the A980 from the Raemoir direction, arrive in the village of Torphins and turn right at the crossroads, take the B993 all the way to the end of the village, pass the church and continue until reaching the old smiddy. Turn left at the signpost marked “Learney”, continue down the track and the property is on the right-hand side as indicated by our Mackinnons For Sale sign.
