We are pleased to bring to the market this charming, two bedroom-semi-detached bungalow. Enjoying a peaceful location in a street with no through traffic, 5 Beltie Cottages enjoys the benefits of semi-rural living, just a short drive from the popular town of Banchory. Off street parking, a sunny aspect, a fully enclosed garden to the rear, close proximity to bus stops in both directions, river and woodland walks direct from the door enhance the property further.
All factors combined with the rare opportunity for a purchaser to acquire one of just six such properties mean that early viewing is recommended.
Although not actioned by the current owners, it is worth noting that Planning Permission was approved for the extension of the property to provide an additional bedroom with en-suite shower room and a pantry. Details of the Planning Permission and amendment to the original application can be found on Aberdeenshire Council’s Planning website under reference number APP/2023/1723 for the original application and reference number APP/2024/0696 for the amendments.
Full Description

The lounge enjoys a sunny aspect to the front, it is semi-open plan with the dining kitchen with doors between the two providing separation when required. Within the lounge, a tall cupboard with storage above houses the hot water tank. There is a floor level display recess with a shelved recess to one side.
The dining kitchen is of generous proportions. It is fitted with a range of white matte base and wall units with complementing wooden work surfaces and coordinating tiled splashbacks. The free-standing washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer are to remain and are included in the sale price along with the integrated electric hob, oven and extractor fan.
