Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely transcription of digital dictation from the department fee earners.
• Preparation, formatting and management of a varied range of legal documentation/correspondence with supporting enclosures.
• Maintaining accurate files and case management records.
• Scanning incoming mail, photocopying, archiving/closing files.
• Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries.
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Supporting the smooth running of the Conveyancing and Private Client department while assisting with a range of general administrative duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum experience of at least two years in a legal administrative role, preferably with a background in Conveyancing and/or Private Client.
• Excellent expertise with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Strong audio typing and document production skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
