Peterculter Retirement Park is a brand new development offering a variety of modern, stylish villas for persons over the age of 55. The land is owned by Alpha Land Ltd a family run business, on which it is proposed to site in the region of 100 permanent homes which are now available for purchase. The properties will be sold under the Mobile Homes Act 1983.
Electronic gates to the community will ensure a safe and secure environment in which to live. Communal areas will be maintained by the land owner and a community lounge is to be constructed for use by the residents for social activities and clubs.
Each villa is constructed by Stately Albion, Europe’s oldest manufacturer of park homes, to the residential standard BS3632. All homes built to this standard are required to be highly energy efficient and come with a long-term structural warranty. In addition all Stately Albion Residential Park Homes come with a 10 year Gold Shield warranty. Gold Shield provides the home with protection for 10 years against any major inherent structural defects.
All villas are fitted with double glazing, gas central heating, furniture, flooring and window dressings. Many of the villas also include luxurious features such as Porcelanosa tiles, rain drench showers, granite worktops and integrated appliances. Each villa will have its own allocated area of garden, a parking space and shed.
Peterculter Retirement Park is located on Malcolm Road on the outskirts of the village of Peterculter which offers many local amenities such as a selection of shops, a library, community/leisure centre, medical facilities and a bank.
