This spectacular 5 bedroom detached family home is available for lease on an unfurnished basis. Located within an impressive development, the property is built by CALA Homes and has the added bonus of a double garage, adequate storage and a south facing rear garden.

Internally the property has been tastefully decorated in neutral tones throughout.

The accommodation compromises:

Ground Floor – Entrance Vestibule; Cloakroom; Hallway; Lounge; Kitchen/Dining; Utility Room

First Floor – Large master bedroom with en-suite; Family Bathroom; Double Bedroom 2; Double Bedroom 3; Double Bedroom 4 with en-suite; Bedroom 5/study

Benefits include gas central heating; double glazing; security alarm; quality kitchen appliances and adequate storage.

As you enter the property the vestibule has a convenient storage cupboard and security alarm system. To the left is a spacious cloakroom with a white two piece suite and includes a large storage cupboard.

Straight through the hallway is the carpeted lounge located at the rear of the property. This bright open room includes double doors which open out into a patio garden area and has ample space for furniture.

To the right of the hallway is the kitchen which can also be used as a dining and/or family area. The kitchen area benefits from a second set of double doors, similar to the lounge which also lead out to another patio area in the rear garden. Located in the centre of the kitchen is an island where the ceramic hob sits with a modern hidden extractor fan and provides adequate space ideal for preparing meals. The remainder of the kitchen has white gloss cupboards for storage and modern grey units with integrated appliances including a full length separate fridge and freezer; dishwasher; an oven and microwave/oven fitted within a unique dark wood effect unit. Overlooking the side window is a one and a half bowl sink with mixer tap.

Off the kitchen is the utility room which houses the free standing washing machine and tumble dryer, and has a sink. This provides additional access to the rear garden by a door leading to the side path of the house and access to the garage through an internal door.

On the ground floor the property has further storage cupboards sitting at the bottom of the stairs.

A carpeted staircase with a white wood bannister leads to a roomy landing and the first floor accommodation, all fitted with neutral coloured carpets.

Overlooking the front of the property is the bright and very spacious master bedroom which is located above the double garage and has lovely feature balcony doors. Within the master bedroom are dark wood effect built-in wardrobes and a en-suite shower room with a white suite including a separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.

The modern family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and bath with a mixer tap and shower attachment. There is a toilet and wash hand basin with a heated towel rail.

To the rear is bedroom 2 which is large enough to fit a double bed and includes built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 is next and located in the middle of two bedrooms looking into the rear garden. This room also benefits from storage where there are further double built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4, also at the rear, is again suitable to use as a double bedroom which includes large white fitted wardrobes with the added bonus of an en-suite shower room. The white en-suite has a shower cubicle along with the toilet and wash hand basin. With plenty of space and the en-suite, this room would make an ideal guest room.

Finally at the front of the property is the fifth bedroom which can be used as a single room or study but has the benefit of storage space with a single cupboard.

OUTSIDE – To the front of the property, a loc block driveway has space for two cars. Additionally is the spacious double garage with room for two further cars and storage. The loc block path leads to the front door at one side and provides access to the rear garden through a gate at the other side. The well-maintained rear garden is laid mainly to lawn with patio areas great for a BBQ, and included within the garden is a wooden picnic bench. The garden is fully enclosed by fencing and is south facing.
