Amendments to Registration of Company Charges

Part 25 of the Companies Act 2006 which relates to the registration of charges both in England and Wales and in Scotland may be set for change.  Separate draft Regulations have been produced for Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships with the main objective being to harmonise the registration regime north and south of the border.  The draft Regulations will be laid before Parliament this autumn and can be found atwww.bis.gov.uk/Consultations/registration-of-charges?cat=closedwithresponse/.
