Our team act for UK and International banks as well as a number of ship owners in the legal aspects of ship finance and security work. We are involved in the drafting and negotiation of finance and security documents in lending transactions including ship construction and sale/purchase.
We have experience in acting for both lenders and borrowers and can co-ordinate the registration of ship mortgages worldwide.
